Need Sleep?


If you have ever struggled with sleep, read on!

For many years, I suffered with severe insomnia. Over time, I tried everything and anything to get a good night of restorative sleep. 

I was very skeptical about trying oils (or any other "new" thing) because of past experience. However, I am so glad that I did! 

There are many oil combos used for sleep, but I found the one that works for me. I combine Cedarwood, Vetiver and Lavender oils. 

I apply a drop of each to the bottom of my feet before bed and I also diffuse the oils bedside. In addition, I also take Young Living's Sleep Essence about 30 minutes before bed.
